means the courses are designed to meet your company's needs. The training may be longer or shorter depending on the number of elements and the depth of training desired. In all situations the CDTA staff works with designated company personnel throughout the design and training phases to assure desired results are reached.As part of the customization we will be happy to bring any training program into your facility and use the equipment your employees will use on the job. When CDTA travels to your site your employees will not be inconvenienced with extra driving time or changed travel routines. CDTA will adapt to your work schedules and shifts.
